Inspiration

Documentaries:

I found most of these while using a 10 day free subscription to FMTV.com (Food matters TV).

1.  Carb-Loaded: a culture dying to eat.:
Great movie!! Like Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead 2 this movie gives you lots of information in a concise and easy to understand format with amusing animations. This Doc focuses on the history of why North America is a continent dependent on unhealthy carbs and why that is now making us all more sick than ever before. Also found this on Youtube with Spanish subtitles, the sound is in English.

2. Jason Vale's SuperJuice Me:
I found this one particularly informative, honest and amazing. I relate to it as one of the
millions of people on earth that struggle from multiple inflammatory diseases. I have been avoiding processed food and juicing ever day (not a juice fast, I ate other healthy foods while juicing) for the last week and my pain conditions have been ebbing away!

3. Joe Cross' Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead 2:
This one is on Netflix (in Canada at least) right now and I love the simple yet informative format using animation as a humorous visual aid to put nutrition in layman's terms.
